Wisconsin Sheep Dairy Cooperative is a farm to table cooperative located in Northern Wisconsin. The farmer members raise and milk sheep on sustainable family farms. While the farms are not certified organic, sheep are not treated with hormones or other harmful substances as other milk producing animals can be. WSDC sheep all enjoy beautiful pastures and loving family farm environments.

The cooperative began by selling milk to other dairy manufacturing companies, and around 2011 began producing their own cheese based upon a recommendation from the University of Wisconsin. That cheese is called Dante. Dante is an extremely popular cheese and has a significant fan following.
